Refund Policy

Refunds or exchange requests must occur no later than 1 hour prior to showtime and date listed on this confirmation. No refunds or exchanges will be accommodated after that time. Refunds can be issued by filling out this form. Please visit our lobby concierge for more details.

If requesting a refund for tickets purchased with a physical gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the physical gift card. Refunds cannot be processed for purchases made with online gift cards.
